OVERVIEW

THE PROBLEM:

Create a mobile experience for a local art gallery to RSVP for events.

Allow users to access gallery information from their mobile devices and browse & RSVP for events that suit their respective lifestyles and preferred gallery experience to assist in increasing attendance

  • Small collaborative team

  • No understanding of technical limitations

GOALS

Allow patrons to easily browse and RSVP to events

Error rates and time on task were tracked and used to prioritize redesigns.

Each session was 15-25 minutes

  • Cluttered base navigation; priority should be given to necessary features

  • A search feature would be useful
